Session 2: Suffering

Recently we did a show on suffering.  We dove into the situations the world is in right now, as well as personal causes for suffering.  Culture, religion, economics, and even gender have a role to play in the kinds of suffering we’re faced with.

One of the biggest steps to making your own suffering more bearable is in the way you approach it.  Things can suck sometimes, no one is denying it!  But instead of creating opposition for the thing that sucks, take a more critical look at what’s going on, and see what you can learn or what different choices you can make.

We know that we can’t fix wars, sicknesses, and famines overnight, but being the best version of ourselves as much as possible is a step in the right direction.  Even small actions can add up, and will bring the kind of brightness to the world that will slowly change our entire social structure for the better.
